London 10k Run - 6th July 2008

I made it to the end with no serious injury accept getting beaten by Banana man!

My finish time was 67:25


I managed to run unhindered until the 4.5 Km mark, walked for 200 metres then again at 5.5 and 7.5 slowed to walking for a few hundred metres.

Once I reached the 8Km marker on Westminster Bridge, there was no stopping me!

If you want to see me run this race next July (5th) then I need to raise another £200 sponsorship for this race first.
