Suzie's Adventure

One ordinary day in Belfast right in the centre of the village there was a little cottage, inside was a small but happy family (well most of the time).

There was a mum a dad and one child. The mum was called Lilli the dad was called Johnson and the child was well Suzie. On Tuesday morning Suzie her mum her dad went to the park. Suzie’s mum and dad sat down at a café and said “You can go and play but remember “then Suzie rudly interrupted” Don’t speak to strangers yes I know please can I go now” pleaded Suzie. ”yes” said mum. Suzie ran off “yes I’m free” shouted Suzie in excitement.

SUDDENLY out of the corner off Suzie’s eye she saw a sparkle “what was that” whispered Suzie! She slowly and calmly walked back to where she had seen the sparkle. Then she ran quickly up to the tree she had seen she took one more step and AARRRR…

Oh no she had fallen down a big black misty cold hole. Eventually Sandy plucked up the courage and started to walk forward. She heard some music and saw a little light so she followed the little when she came closer the music got louder and louder and louder until she found a little country.
There were talking trees, elves and fairies.

After a few minutes an elf came and said “welcome to the enchanted wood”.

2 weeks later
Suzie was still in the enchanted wood. Forgotten about mum and dad .Suzie had made lots of friends especially Sandy the fairy. Then all off a sudden Suzie remembered about mum and dad “I have to go” Suzie said sadly.
“Will you be back” Sandy asked
“Maybe” Suzie said.
Soon after Suzie had said all her good by’s she came out the big black misty cold hole. Looked at her watch and what it was the same time as she had fallen down.
“Cool” screamed Suzie.
“Suzie” shouted mum
Suzie ran to mum
“Time to go” said mum
“Ok” said Suzie smiling

London 10k Run - 6th July 2008

I made it to the end with no serious injury accept getting beaten by Banana man!

My finish time was 67:25

I managed to run unhindered until the 4.5 Km mark, walked for 200 metres then again at 5.5 and 7.5 slowed to walking for a few hundred metres.

Once I reached the 8Km marker on Westminster Bridge, there was no stopping me!

If you want to see me run this race next July (5th) then I need to raise another £200 sponsorship for this race first.

My birthday is very soon. It is on May 24th and today is April 20th. I am extremely exited!
I hope everybody has fun at my party on the 8th June.
I love my birthdays because I get so many nice, cute, soft and cuddly toys and clothes.
I get all the good books I have always wanted.
Then I get to decide if I wanted to go out somewhere. I am also allowed to decide where we go.
If I don’t want to go out then I can decide to spend my birthday at home.
Isn’t this great!!

If you’re just plain bored and would like to kill some time you know how much online gaming can be fun! The Uvme website’s pretty awesome for this their blog’s a real killer! One of their category tags is entitled ‘Game Review’. All the posts located under that category contain free online games which you can play

My favourite games reviewed must be the uber cute Bubble Trouble and Brick Jam. Both of which have got a small flash include in the post where you can view a video sample of the actual game being played! There’s also information about the game included in the post as well (like instructions and tip on how to play) The big green Play Now button located at the bottom of the post takes you directly to the link where you can play your free game!!

At the moment there are only about 12 reviews about the games - i hope that in the future I’ll get to see more!!

11,353 uVme Games Played in 48 Hours

During the latest uVme games beta-testing session, which lasted from midnight Friday through midnight on Sunday (48 hours), 11,353 games were played.

That means an average of 236.5 games were played every hour. And that is with a relatively small testing audience of around 400 people - just imagine the kind of games traffic you are going to have once uVme is open to the public!

It’s mind-boggling!

I've just finished the book 'The Mum Detective'. I really liked the book and I found out how much fun it would be to be a detective.

If I had to give the book a rating out of 10 my rating would be 9. I would give it 9 because the book gets a bit confusing.

The book is about a 12 year old girl called Esmie who wants to be a detective when she grows up. But when Matthew, her 16 year old brother's gilrfriend, Jennifer wanted to find her mother who had left when Jennifer was a little girl things start going wrong!

But then Lizzie starts behaving strangely - saying she's at work when she's not. Esmie plotted for so long to bring her dad and Lizzie together. Could she be about to lose her second mum - before she's even got to know her?

Father's Day 2007

Today we took daddy on a day out to the London Eye. Here are some of the photographs we took.

We also went for a short walk on a bridge over the Thames.

Later, Daddy drove us out to Walton-on-Thames and we had a nice family dinner at a pub called the Thames Court. (Address - Towpath, Shepperton, TW17 9LJ.
